By The Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced planned maintenance works. These are scheduled for Tuesday, March 4, and Wednesday, March 5, 2025. The maintenance will affect parts of the Greater Accra Region.
The exercise is aimed at improving service delivery and will result in temporary power outages in the affected areas.
Areas Affected on Tuesday, March 4, 2025:
ECG will carry out maintenance from 9am to 5pm in the following areas:
- Dome Pillar 2
- Auntie Mary
- Dome Conca
- K Boat
- Mensvic Hotel
- Ghana Link
- Diagnostic Centre – East Legon
- Surrounding areas
Areas Affected on Wednesday, March 5, 2025:

On Wednesday, from 9am to 5pm, power supply will be interrupted in:
- UPSA
- Legon Presby SHS
- Madina Social Welfare
- Madina Jfamco
- Surrounding areas
- ECG has expressed regret over the inconvenience from these maintenance works. The company assures customers of its commitment to improving service reliability.
Customers in the affected areas are advised to take necessary precautions and plan suitably during the scheduled outage period.
